Green logo crosses product categories

Packaging elements for Perf Go Green, the first mass-marketed 100 percent biodegradable plastic bag, were selected to communicate the brand philosophy at a glance. Simple typefaces and rich, saturated greens are backed by darker green tones, while graphics add a layer of personality--something that's not often found in the category. The logo was designed for relevance across multiple categories, and currently exists on packaging for Go Green kitchen trash bags, lawn & leaf bags, plastic drop cloths, commercial trash bags, kitty litter bags and dog “duty” bags. Perf Go Green rolled out nationally in June. [Brand identity and packaging: Pablo Pineda of G2 Branding and Design, www.g2.com]
