On the outside, consumers see oval, colorful, simplistic packaging. On the inside, they find SosoFactory’s fleur de sel in eight varieties: Natural, Black salt, Tuna roe, Herbs, Spicy, Saffron, Pink and Sweet. Each flavor features a different color and purpose. For example, the Sweet variety features purple packaging and is suggested to be used with foie gras, fresh cheese, meat and roasts. On the other hand, Black salt, which presents a slight barbecue flavor, is ideal for grilled meat, fish, vegetables and pasta. The salt is available in 100g or 1kg packages.
