omission handcrafted beer packagingArmchair quarterbacks love grabbing a beer and cheering on their favorite teams, but those with Celiac disease are forced to pass due to dietary restrictions. Craft Brew Alliance approached brand design firm Hornall Anderson to help it launch Omission — a craft beer focused exclusively on brewing great tasting beer without gluten. Illustrations reflect the removal of gluten (the on-pack design removes the “O” to reveal the word “mission”) without losing taste.
