Dove Men's Product Line Receives Personal Care Mass Award

The HBA International Package Design Awards were announced at HBA Global Expo.

MWV was recently recognized at The HBA International Package Design Awards (IPDA) for its Pearl Airless Dispensing system for the Dove Men + Care Face Care and Shaving by Unilever.

Unilever, one of MWV’s customers, received the Personal Care Mass Award for its Dove Men's product line, which features MWV's Pearl Airless Dispensing System for the brand’s face lotion.

The Pearl is an easy-to-actuate pump that uses MWV’s patented Rolling Bellow Technology and protects the integrity of personal care products. The pump is designed to be ideal for organic creams, gels and lotions, and includes the following features:

  • Metal-free dispenser
  • Rolling Bellow Technology
  • Mechanical; no propellants
  • Customizable package
  • Top-filled package

The HBA International Package Design Awards, sponsored by Beauty Packaging and Happi, announced the competition's 2013 winners during a reception held at HBA Global Expo on June 19. The awards are designed to showcase innovative packaging from designers, suppliers and marketing companies.
