Just Out

New Zealand > Primo

When the 20-year-old flavored milk brand took on a new tagline in June, “Take a moment and chill,” it also looked to modify its packaging.

From chocolate and strawberry to lime and banana, Primo is said to be New Zealand’s favorite flavored milk. When the 20-year-old brand took on a new tagline in June, “Take a moment and chill,” it also looked to modify its packaging. The new design was inspired by thermographics that react to body temperature changes to reflect what happens when consumers go from being busy to just relaxing. Primo also revisited and updated its original logo-a blue oval graphic with white typeface-with a white circular bubble and purple writing. The logo and graphics were then morphed together to create a new, contemporary look.
