USA > Pepsi throwback



Pepsi is rolling out new versions of two of its most popular brands. The company is launching Pepsi Natural, Pepsi Throwback and Mountain Dew Throwback, all sweetened with sugar (instead of corn syrup), in 10 markets this spring. Pepsi Natural is housed in a 12oz glass bottle and is available, initially, in single-serve and four packs in the premium and/or natural food aisle. Pepsi Throwback and Mountain Dew Throwback are limited-time-only products (available for eight weeks beginning April 20) with retro-style packaging inspired by the 60s and 70s. “We're complementing and reinforcing our core soft drink offerings with a hat trick of innovative products,” says Frank Cooper, vice president of portfolio brands for Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages.
