David Lunati is vice president, marketing and business development, Monadnock Paper Mills Inc. Monadnock is a family-owned paper mill that has operated in New Hampshire for nearly 200 years. MPM generates up to 50 percent of its electrical energy requirement with onsite, low-impact hydroelectric generators. One hundred percent of its short paper fiber waste is reclaimed and beneficially reused as animal bedding locally or as topsoil for various land reclamation projects throughout the region near the mill. MPM is not only innovating, it is providing a compelling narrative that brand owners can carry forward.
