eric steigelmanSpeaker: Eric Steigelman, Founder and CEO, Bonfire Wines Eric Steigelman has turned around the conventional wisdom that says when it comes to creating new products, the contents have to come first. This young entrepreneur will talk about how he used market intelligence gathered during a business development stint at a large packaging company to create his own company - selling wine in a pouch. It was a matter of finding the right product for the package and so he combined a love of wines with industry knowledge to launch Bonfire in 2013.
